Itinerary Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Provisional bookings will be held for 2 weeks after which a 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. The balance of payment is due 3 months prior to the arrival date. Guests will be required to sign an indemnity form once on location. Guests are required to provide proof of “from the scene of the accident” MedEvac insurance prior to arrival. Travel insurance covering partial or full cancellation due to flight delays, health, weather or force majeure is required.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations and provisional bookings must be confirmed in writing. A 10% fee will be charged for bookings moved to an alternative date in the same season. A 10% fee will be charged for cancellations more than 180 days prior to arrival. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations from 180 to 91 days prior to arrival. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations 90 days or fewer prior to arrival.
